We are a superior firm supplying different ranges of HCI Gas Generation Plant which are available in several volumes such as 5 kg/hr – 300 kg/hr. These are manufactured with top quality of raw materials such as the wefted part of this gas generation is made up of rust free materials like glass and PTFE. According to the demands, and specifications given by the clients about the dimension of the land site, we pour 30% of the HCI on a repeated intervals by using pump or overhead tank. After which, 20-21% Azeotropic mixture is settled in Thermosyphon reboiler by heating 30% HCI. There is a continuous release of our 20-21% spent Hydrochloric acid from the lowermost part of the stripping area.
Furthermore, this HCI is cooled for easy release of this acid into a storage tank which is placed in the middle. The superior area at the column comprises a condensation system which includes cooling water condenser, chilled water condenser and chilled brine condenser. These condensers performs various functions such as the chilled brine is placed at the top to withdraw moisture from HCI Gas. Further, if this chilled brine is not acquirable we use Sulphuric acid trap to remove the wetness from HCI Gas. Hence, the dry HCI Gas is released at an atmospheric pressure which goes to the downstream equipment.
